4.1 Google Vision (Adult Content Detection)

Togaro uses Google Vision AI to automatically scan uploaded images for:

• Adult content

• Explicit imagery

• Violent or harmful content

• Unsafe or prohibited material

Images flagged as unsafe may be removed automatically or reviewed by moderators. This system helps maintain a safe environment for all users.

4.2 Google Maps (Geolocation Services)

Togaro uses Google Maps to provide:

• Location tagging

• Event location features

• Community discovery

• Geographic search results

Your precise location is never shared publicly without your explicit consent.

4.3 Giphy (GIF Search & Display)

Togaro integrates Giphy to allow users to search and share GIFs. Content displayed through Giphy is subject to Giphy’s own content policies and may be removed if inappropriate.

4.4 Amazon S3 (File Storage)

All user‑uploaded content, including images, videos, documents, and media, is stored securely using Amazon S3 cloud storage.

Amazon S3 provides:

• Encrypted storage

• High availability

• Secure content delivery

Togaro may store, process, or cache content using Amazon S3 and related AWS services.

5. User Conduct

By using Togaro, you agree not to:

• Upload adult, explicit, or pornographic content

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations

• Attempt to bypass moderation or security systems

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful files

• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate platform features

• Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or violent behavior

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Content Ownership & Licensing

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Togaro. By uploading content, you grant Togaro a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to:

• Process

• Modify (for technical purposes only)

• Distribute within the Platform

This license exists solely to operate and improve the Platform.
